Get bored of managing in conventional countries. Signed him for nowt and sold him on for £300k. I swear, he was getting injured when he wasn't even at training. Definitely a walking medical emergency.Benjamin Button wrote:Stick to the English league's mate. WTF made you go over there ? Re: FM 16
I take issue with your squad numbering. CB 3 and LB 5, thats just wrong. Also wide player 9 and CF 11. Number 10 8 and CM 10.

Re: FM 16
Coloccini number 2, Simpson number 5 for us. Defenders can have any of 2, 3, 5 and 6 these days. A wide 9 and central 11 though...TJR wrote:I take issue with your squad numbering. CB 3 and LB 5, thats just wrong. Also wide player 9 and CF 11. Number 10 8 and CM 10.

I've not got FM16 but if I did the very first thing I'd do is transfer list that waster.Chappy wrote:Thauvin is a little fuckin b**** on FM. cronut.
Re: FM 16
I put him on the loan list, he moaned that I was trying to force him out the club (no s*** you big nosed slick back cronut), didn't turn up to training so I fined him two weeks wages... Did it again so fined him again and put him in the reserves and asked for a mutual termination of his contract... He didn't go for it. I'm gonna make him rot in the reserves, then sell him to Millwall.TJR wrote:I've not got FM16 but if I did the very first thing I'd do is transfer list that waster.Chappy wrote:Thauvin is a little fuckin b**** on FM. cronut.
It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city.

He always seems to play well for me like.
Re: FM 16
Since the winter update the game is more realistic to todays performances......Try the new Toon squad (with a couple of changes) you wont get relegated....Unless your really a s*** manager !!

I took Antwerp from second division in Belgium to the champions league, so that was pretty enjoyable. Had to rely on loans though a lot of the time which I didn't enjoy. Currently challenging for League 2 title with Cambridge after investing heavily in Scandinavia.el héroe wrote:Stick to the English league's mate. WTF made you go over there ? They also have former Toon youth players Newton and Donaldson, so that's a nice bonus!
If you're managing a lower league side, check out 16 year old Norwegian Felix Horn Myhre. Thank me later.
Re: FM 16
Have just finished my latest first season in 10th which I was happy with. Last eight games started playing different formation - The usual 4 defenders at the back with Tiote and Anita just in front of them as Def. Midfielders no-one in the middle then had three attacking midfielders, Wijnaldum, Saivet, Sissoko with Perez or Mitrovic in front of them. Unbeaten in those games and Gini was amazing in most of them since I pushed him further forward. Wish we would try this in real life !!

Re: FM 16
Decided to f*** Newcastle up.
Opened the editor and deducted them 30 points from the Premier League and then to have them deducted 30 points from the Championship as well. So, now they find themselves in League 1 with £60m in the bank. Giving me the perfect opportunity to give us the rebuild we truly need.
Off the top of my head.
GK: Darlow, Woodman
DEF: Peruzzi, Mbabu, Lascelles, <regen>, Dummett, Good, Adu-Peprah, Obita
MID: Ritchie, Lingaard, Aarons, Abeid, Guthrie, Gosling, Wijnaldum, Vuckic
FOR: Mitrovic, Armstrong, Araujo, Riviere, Garner
Played 5, won 5.
The players I'd like to see continue on with us when we get back into the Premier League are Darlow, Woodman, Peruzzi, Mbabu, Lascelles, A-P, Obita, Lingaard, Aarons, Abeid, Wijnaldum, Mitrovic, Armstrong, Araujo. Wouldn't mind if Gosling became a squad player.
