The Urantia Book

Post by Wot lad? » Fri May 11, 2012 12:54 am

Anyone heard of this?

It's basically like a compilation of different religions and worldviews rolled up into one book that is very matter of fact and to the point. It is not aloof like other texts, it is straight to the point stating precise numbers of planets etc.

It is not the basis for religion it is just a book, it is interesting regardless of whether it's **** or not. I researched it a while ago now but it's always stuck with me as an intreguing basis for discussion.

Of course it is bollocks. It claims that there is a God. Where's the evidence?
