And in conclusion, how far had you got through reading this before you realised it was my signature?

Tbh I treat beer a lot like wine, you can match certain ones to certain situations & meals.
If drinking with friends, I'll tend to go for a lighter lager as I know I can probably share that with them.
I'd say some of my favourite ones are Zwyiec, Leffe, Hoegarden, Erdinger & Astra.

I'm sure my neighbours thought I was a drunkard because I'd have two or three of those clear recycling bags (bastards! Why make sure your whole street knows what you're drinking!!) full of those Jupe bottles for colllection every week.

Haha it's not the greatest beer from Germany, can't really remember the others I've tried in my few visits over there or at the yearly German market in Leeds, but Astra is cheap at my local offy and so it makes my list of beers preferred ATM.IcyBadger wrote:ToonSi wrote:Tbh I treat beer a lot like wine, you can match certain ones to certain situations & meals.

What is the cultural statement I'm missing through ignorance?

Re: Wt is your favourite beer brand?
Heineken out of a bottle. Not on draught, not in a can. Other than that Zywiec, Tyskie, Super Bock and Kingfisher.
