Balvenie Caribbean Cask
I've had various bottles from this distillery and all are superb, but this one is my favourite to date.
It's incredibly smooth to drink, and despite being quite light it still packs a lot of flavour.

This one is finised in Madeira barrels to give it a sweet smoothness and is very easy to drink. Perfect for a summers evening. Maybe a little on the sweet side for some peoples liking.
