Some say he's still waiting for the disk to arrive, and the thread will remain unlocked until that time.

I've been thinking of buying a new laptop mainly so I could get FM17. Couple of my mates seem to be enjoying it, I've not been able to get into one since FM12 though.

I just don't have the time to spend on it. Up until I was about 21/22 I'd play it religiously but when you finish Uni, get a job, wife etc. it really fucks your life up!

It's caused arguments with the missus in the past. Me not texting her back for hours on end as I'd be glued to FM.

Her: "We never talk cuz you're always on that f***ing game."

Me: (Assertive) "I'm prepared to give you a chance in the first team, but I expect you to work hard to stay there."

Her: (Calm) "OK, cheers boss. See you later."

Yeah it''s crazy, back when I was only working part time I'd end up on it until 5/6am if I was on a good run of form. Those were the days <awe>

If I had a day off Uni and the Mrs had to go in then I'd start playing at about 9am and not turn it off until she got back at about 6pm <awe>

I've only bought 1 of the last 5 games and that was FM14. Never could get into it, still playing an epic Rotherham save on FM12, won the Premier League and Champions League twice each <awe>

Thats impressive I got albion rovers into the scottish premiership for 1 season before getting relegated in fm16

Also got wrexham up to the championship

But best accomplishment was building norwich into a consistent top 4 sode won PL once FA cup twice and got one Europa league and a CL semi final
