Stranger Things 2 coming in October.

It was decent, but not the best show of all time as a lot of people were making out.

Going to the IMAX to watch the new Dunkirk film later. Looks decent.

Saw Baby Driver last week, very impressed. Genuinely unique style and concept, had to go into chaos in the back third which I liked less than the rest but still well worth seeing on the big screen.
The soundtrack <awe>

Seen quite a few interviews with Kevin Spacey, was quite interesting the way the movie was made. The soundtrack came first and everything was built around that (from their movements, the pace they spoke at etc. to the action), usually scenes are filmed and then music is put over.

Yeah the ideas for songs and scenes has been kicking around Edgar Wright's head for years.
Infact he used one for a music video five years ago

Well Dunkirk was excellent. It's not often at all that I've been to the cinema and there has been almost total silence throughout. The script, acting, filming and music all worked perfectly, really poignant film.

Blimey, think I watched that about 10 years ago! Was decent. Wouldn't mind watching it again.

I never got around to watching The Pacific though.

I'm on a bit of a WWII thing after watching Dunkirk, might have to give The Pacific a go as well.

Pacific had some good parts, but was a less coherent narrative, without a core group of people to follow. Nature of the different style of conflict I guess.

Rewatched BoB on Blue Ray recently, despite the age it still looks so good. There's abundance of physical effects over CGI where possible and that ages it less. It's also a game now of 'hey that's X from Y' since so many actors careers went up* after that.
