I don't think we've been linked with him (yet) but Morgan Schneiderlein reportedly offered out as avaliable by Everton. Would anyone have him? Stock has fallen a lot since his initial move from Saints, but he's a good combatative midfielder and could compliment Shelvey well in the centre. Be a good signing, although it's not a vital position to strengthen.

It's all moot though, as we likely won't stump up the fee or the wages. I'd guess they'd want between 15-20m for him, which is steep but not unreasonable in todays money. Will go Palace or West Ham.

Rags reporting that Watford "will listen" to offers of 10m for Deeney. Not someone I rate all that highly, but in today's market that price is hard to knock. If true.

Apparently we can't sell Mats Sels back to Anderlecht. Either there's a 500k difference in the asking price, or they have offered 500k. I'm not quite sure. With us either could be true. As it stands he is fifth choice (Dubravka, Elliot, Darlow, Woodman, Sels) and clearly unwanted. So long as we don't have to pay towards his wages, we might as well just shift him off the books and chalk it down to a bad deal.

Definitely. Klopp is like a less successful version of Rafa ( ), he demands that every player works their arse off for the team. We don't carry anybody. One of the reasons that Klopp doesn't pick Sturridge even when he's fit is that he's a lazy player and won't do the unglamorous stuff for the team.

Also I know he'll be way above our budget but Mateo Kovacic has stated he wants to leave Real Madrid as wants more game time, now if Real would allow him to leave on loan he might be of interest to Rafa as they had a good relationship when he was there
