The Kenedy Thread (Loan Deal Completed)
Thought we should follow TF protocol and have a thread.
Delighted with this, made us so much more of a threat last season and probably no coincidence that the likes of Perez flourished as Kenedy occupied opposition defenders.

Good bit of business if true. Let's just loan him out until his contract runs out

Exciting to have him back. He was crucial in our turn around I felt.

This is good news. A striker is needed next to get on his crosses
Maybe once he's played for us a calendar year I will be able to spell his name right...

Sounds like there might not be an option to buy, which would be a shame. Still a very exciting signing though.

At the end of last season I was 99% he'd be off to another club, so I'm delighted even if we only get a year.

Re: The Kenedy Thread (medical)
Very much this, I thought he was out of reach to be honest. I still only take things one season at a time under Ashley and don't think I'll ever feel settled as long as he's here. So Kenedy for the coming season at least is as good as I can hope for.Blještav Benny wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 10:10 amAt the end of last season I was 99% he'd be off to another club, so I'm delighted even if we only get a year.
It would be great to think/dream long-term again but until that happens I'll just get carried away for next season

He seems to like it up here, who knows, he might wanna join after another season on loan

This. And even if we were to have a chance, I figured it'd drag out to the last minute for them (or him) to wait for a better offer.Blještav Benny wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 10:10 amAt the end of last season I was 99% he'd be off to another club, so I'm delighted even if we only get a year.

If it's anything like my GP he'll get an appointment in about 3 weeks, but only if you divulge your ailments to the receptionist first.OverseersmademesupportenglandTOON wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 7:23 pmLikely didn't manage to phone the GP quick enough so have to try and call again tomorrow morning.

Stupid that you have to tell the receptionist. My GP you can't get an appointment in advance, it has to be on the day. And like OT hints at, often that's not possible. Barmy system.Blještav Benny wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 7:40 pmIf it's anything like my GP he'll get an appointment in about 3 weeks, but only if you divulge your ailments to the receptionist first.OverseersmademesupportenglandTOON wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 7:23 pm

Re: The Kenedy Thread (medical)
I called my GP to get an appointment and was told that as I hadn't seen the doctor in over 3 years I was no longer registered with the clinic so I'd have to re-register.Blještav Benny wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 7:40 pmIf it's anything like my GP he'll get an appointment in about 3 weeks, but only if you divulge your ailments to the receptionist first.OverseersmademesupportenglandTOON wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 7:23 pm

When I asked for an appointment to register I was then told they didn't have any places left.
I just use drop in centres now.

Apparently you didn't have to tell them, but try getting an appointment from the Nazi on the other end of the phone if you don't provide them extensive details of your medical complaint or concerns.CIH wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 7:45 pmStupid that you have to tell the receptionist.
