Having one or two glasses of Glenfiddich 18 y/o tonight, not bad stuff and very smooth.
Never had 18. I really like the 14 though. Very nice.
It was very drinkable, although it's £65 a bottle but don't think I'd pay that. I just had a couple of miniatures as part of a gift set.

When Mrs BB buys me booze it’s a nice thought, but she doesn’t really know what she’s looking for. Much prefer to have the money to get my own.

Exactly! Then she doesn't have to know how much it cost. :bandit:

Anyone tried the Wild turkey rare breed? I've had the 101 and the everyday Wild Turkey i was just wondering if it's worth throwing £50 at.

Yeah I’ve had that, it’s pretty nice but not sure if it’s £50 nice. I enjoyed it and it’s got a decent kick to it but not sure if I’d buy another for that price.

Get it if you've never had it before. It's a lot better than 101, but you can do better for £50. Still worth it once.

I got a bottle at duty free at JFK a few years back and it only cost me about $35, for that price it was bloody amazing!

For that price it's great. Laphroaig 10 is $35 a bottle here. Bargain
