Missed the match (thank f***) as I was on the beach supping cocktails. My Dad said we were toothless but 4 nil was harsh (wonder goal, non penalty, two late goals and joselu missed a couple of chances) Is that fair?

Don't hold back! Tell it how it is!Toondes wrote: ↑Wed Dec 26, 2018 6:36 pmWell I hate them even more after Salah cheating the dirty cûnt. **** him and Liverpool the dirty inbred bindipping trampy bastards.Bodacious Benny wrote: ↑Wed Dec 26, 2018 6:00 pmUsually I hate Liverpool as much as the next person, but based on this season they deserve the plaudits and attention. They are genuine favourites for the league now. They could lose to City in January and still be four points clear of them.

I'd say that's pretty apt.

One quick addition, 2-0 down at Anfield really isn't the time to bring on a young player in Longstaff. Admittedly the traditional time is to do that when you're fairly comfortable late on at home, and that doesn't happen for us anymore, but still.

Also, it's not like he had any other options in Midfield to bring on.

Can anyone explain why Ki wasn't able to play yesterday but Son was?
Re: Match day thread - Liverpool v NUFC
Because Son played in the Asian Games over the summer he was given the first 3 games of this different Asian Games off (different Asian Games... it’s a bit confusing... this one is FIFA sanctioned whereas the one in the summer was not, and was part of some mini Asian Olympics-style thing)
I had the first custom w***

Alright fellas, Scouser here. I just wanted to say that I hope you guys stay up. Far too big a club to go down, and the level of mismanagement over a long time is nothing short of criminal.
I lived in Newcastle for 4 years for Uni and had a boss time, lovely people and a great city. I was a bit gutted sitting in the Main Stand at Anfield yesterday when I heard the Newcastle fans singing feed the Scousers. Having worked in the Morrisons in Byker, I know that you also have a fair few families in Newcastle who are struggling at the moment and rely on food banks. We even made a donation last season to the foodbank when we visited.

Anyway, all the best and hope Rafa keeps you up.

Not for me, I have to like their players to back them and I really dislike Harry Kane, dirty player who gets away with it because he’s England’s new golden boy.
I suppose Liverpool are the best of the bunch (if you hate everything Citeh stands for) but Salah’s divings getting on me t*** too.

City’s fans seem to have taken over the self entitled mantra from liverpool, so I’d actually probably prefer Liverpool to win it. Man C fans don’t bother turning up half the time.
