If we're so adamant that supporting the team at home helps them perform, why is our home form so s***?

We set up at home in the same we way do away, stupidly defensively with no outlet. Away from home the home sides tend to attack a bit, so if we can fluke not conceding and nick a late one we might get the odd result. At home visiting sides are utterly baffled by our tactics until they finally realise we're not going to do anything and batter us.

This.

And the squad is suffering from a lack of investment.

I think you are on to something here. Next home match lets just turn up and boo the team from start to finish and we will win <roll>

Or... we empty the stands so we have less fans than the away support, making it a home game in front of an opposition supporting crowd and hope for the best.

Because the majority of the wanks who bang on about going every week to support the teams are the ones who sit their in complete silience.

We're just s***. s***. s***. s***. But not supporting us at home wouldn't help us. It would probably just make us more s***. And I can just, JUST about handle s***. I don't want more s***.
