Yeah loads. I did it because I was going on a diet and didn't want to hinder the weight loss with dead calories, but being alcohol free is definetely good for you (unfortunately). I gave up for 18 months when I was in my 20's and a fitness freak and basically concluded that alcohol is tantemount to a poison in the adverse affect it has on your body. But I love the stuff so got back into bad habits, and no doubt will again at some point down the road. Am currently in the weight loss zone though and enjoying it so no will power needed at the moment.

Nice one DT.
I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week to try and burn off the beer calories so generally always stay around the same weight. Only drink 3 nights a week too (probably 6 beers a weekend and 3 whiskeys) so not too excessive.

It’s nice (steady rather than anything wow), moderately smokey finish. I’d class it as an easy drinker.

Have you had 12? It's one of my dailies. Highland Park 12, Laphroaig 10, and Glenmorangie Quinta RubanBodacious Benny wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 10:54 pmIt’s nice (steady rather than anything wow), moderately smokey finish. I’d class it as an easy drinker.

I know there's a few Rum drinkers on here so i'd recommend a new one i bought yesterday Five Hundred Cuts Botanical Rum by Brewdog.
Nice flavours and smooth i've been drinking it with just a couple of ice cubes and got to say it's so good.
