Match thread - West Ham v NUFC
West Ham (a)
The Magpies return to the capital on Saturday, visiting the London Stadium for a traditional 3pm start.
Newcastle have sold out their entire 3,000 allocation.
NUFC: Isaac Hayden is available after completing his suspension but Sean Longstaff begins his, missing this game, the home meeting with Bournemouth and the visit to Aston Villa.
Andy Carroll is available but this game comes too early for Fabian Schar, Florian Lejeune and Matt Ritchie.
WHUFC: Ryan Fredericks could earn a recall but Lukasz Fabianski, Jack Wilshire and Michail Antonio remain unavailable. Winston Reid played for the U23s in midweek but is lacking match fitness.
A 1-1 home draw with Sheffield United on Saturday means that the Hammers have failed to win any of their last four Premier League outings.
On home ground they've beaten Norwich City and Manchester United, lost to Manchester City and Crystal Palace in addition to that draw against the Blades.
Travel:
Trains: An amended timetable with extended journey times will apply to trains between Newcastle and Kings Cross from 1pm on Saturday until Noon on Sunday.
Tube: There's no Circle Line service all weekend.
The District Line is also closed from Ealing Broadway, Richmond, Kensington Olympia and Wimbledon and to Aldgate East and Edgware Road.
Replacement buses will operate on the western sections while a combined District and Hammersmith & City Line service is running from Hammermith to Upminster via King's Cross St. Pancras.
Referee: Stuart Attwell - second game of the season, following on from the 1-3 loss at Norwich City.
VAR interference is courtesy of Jarred Gillett.

1-0 defeat or 0-0.
Tho I did have a dream last night that we won 4-2.

Re: Match thread - West Ham v NUFC
I can't see us scoring either so the best we can hope for is 0-0.
After last week I'll probably give this on a miss so that could be in our favour!

Miggy will score a Shola-esque goal.
Re: Match thread - West Ham v NUFC
Shelfy's back.
Re: Match thread - West Ham v NUFC
We'll lose 2-1. Go 1-0 up then play 5-4-0-0-0-0-0-0-1 trying to hold on to it.

Re: Match thread - West Ham v NUFC
Central midfield was pretty poor last week, and another CM getting sent off was going to do it. Though I'll admit I've stopped defending Shelvey and much prefer him as a bench option than a starter. Not much choice today though.
Re: Match thread - West Ham v NUFC
Does anyone know if Ki is injured or if Bruce just doesn't fancy him? He's not even been making the bench.
