Sick of these drinks breaks. We were playing well and that destroyed out momentum. They're basically not required and yet another introduction that is ruining a free-flowing sport.

Poor from Lascelles for their goal, but I think we have looked really good, even at 1-0 down I was really confident we would get back into it before half time, cracking equaliser too. Feel sorry for Bruce, he's still getting stick yet atm we are playing some of the nicest football we have seen in years.
Re: Match day thread - NUFC v West Ham
I can understand why they'd consider it given we're playing in July, but whenever they've done it at summer tournaments it's only been in games with high temperatures, and it's not that warm today.HowayTheLads wrote: ↑Sun Jul 05, 2020 2:10 pmSick of these drinks breaks. Good to see us actually comfortable in possession. Shame that West Ham will stay up else we could’ve tried again for Bowen who looks a threat.

Not arguing with that, but it’s like 13/14 degrees today. World Cups and Euros (I was in Nice for the Euros and we were melting) and no such measures. Fine if it is crazy temperatures, but clearly not required.Colly wrote: ↑Sun Jul 05, 2020 2:12 pmI can understand why they'd consider it given we're playing in July, but whenever they've done it at summer tournaments it's only been in games with high temperatures, and it's not that warm today.HowayTheLads wrote: ↑Sun Jul 05, 2020 2:10 pmSick of these drinks breaks. Honestly dont understand this this Joelinton hate, he's played pretty well yet still getting slated. Just get off his back ffs, people go on like they personally paid £40m for him.

Is Bruce still getting stick in general? . I slated him against city but other than I think people are fairly happy aren’t they?Don Sholeone wrote: ↑Sun Jul 05, 2020 2:11 pmPoor from Lascelles for their goal, but I think we have looked really good, even at 1-0 down I was really confident we would get back into it before half time, cracking equaliser too. They even still had them at Spurs v Man Utd a couple of weeks back when it was an 8pm kick off about 12 degrees celsius and pouring of rain.Colly wrote: ↑Sun Jul 05, 2020 2:12 pmI can understand why they'd consider it given we're playing in July, but whenever they've done it at summer tournaments it's only been in games with high temperatures, and it's not that warm today.HowayTheLads wrote: ↑Sun Jul 05, 2020 2:10 pmSick of these drinks breaks. We look much better with the front three set up how they are at the moment.
