Starting to warm up to Lazarro lately. Had some decent moments, might be worth taking a longer look at next season. He and his agent have repeatedly said he doesn't want to stay, though.

How do you not know Kane is behind you? I hate when defenders are oblivious to the location of the top opposing attacker.

This ref is f***ing s***, I've lost count of how many times ASM has been pulled back.
Re: Matchday thread - NUFC v Spurs
I've only been half watching this on a mobile while my daughter was at footie training (typically missing our goal on the drive home), am I right in saying we're actually looking okay bar yet more silly defending?

His attitude stinks.CIH wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 6:07 pmWas just about to say essentially this. Other than Schar having a bit of a wobble, we are playing quite well, and look decently dangerous. Wonder what happened to him this season? Really dropped off, more so since the restart. The Deluded Pablo Diego Jose Francisco wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 5:50 pmWe've actually played ok
Its just that Schar is playing so bad he's making the most of our players look competent.

Excellent control by Joelinton there.

It was a simple pass to him and he ended up on his arse

Only one player in the area while ASM is cutting the ball back. Take a bloody gamble.

The encouraging thing is that if we had our full compliment of CBs to choose from we wouldn’t lose this game.
