Re: Bayern v Barca
I tuned in about 8 mins in and it was 1-1.
Then I had to watch the Feckin Crown as Mrs OT said that for me, the football season was over.
I told her a German club was playing.

Barca could’ve had 3 goals themselves

Barca are getting what they deserve for being so bad these days.
Barca should be happy they are only 4 down, when it could easily be 7/8.

True, but they could have had 3 themselves in the first 10 minutes. The Deluded Pablo Diego Jose Francisco wrote: ↑Fri Aug 14, 2020 7:51 pm

8
f***ing 8 goals vs Barcelona.
We go 1-0 up and defend to lose?

Re: Bayern v Barca
Embarrassing for Barca that. You can't be conceding 8 goals in a game this far advanced in the competition.
Massively devalues the competition and La Liga as a whole.

Good result. I hate tikitaka Spanish football. Like watching a dainty ballet dancer get punched by Mike Tyson.

Re: Bayern v Barca
I said the same to my mates. I genuinely believe that even on current form, we would not have conceded 8 goals tonight. We definitely wouldn't have scored 2 either so maybe the difference would have been the sameThe Deluded Pablo Diego Jose Francisco wrote: ↑Fri Aug 14, 2020 8:45 pmThis performance by Barca is worse than us!

Wouldn't be surprised if it's a throw back to that Man u v Arsenal result a few years backBodacious Benny wrote: ↑Fri Aug 14, 2020 9:44 pmYou’d 8-2 be a Barca fan tonight.

Could of been 10 or more if Perisic wasn’t so wasteful in front of goalkrully wrote: ↑Fri Aug 14, 2020 11:31 pmSpoke too soonThe Deluded Pablo Diego Jose Francisco wrote: ↑Fri Aug 14, 2020 7:51 pmBarca are getting what they deserve for being so bad these days.

Could (should) have been 10-4 seen as Barca missed a couple of great chances early on and Perisic and Lewandowski both had really good chances to add more!
Barca learnt nothing from the 4-0 defeat against Liverpool last season. Think it’s coming towards the end of an era in terms of the likes of Busquets, Pique etc being at their peak. Even Messi’s goals have gone down this year, first time since 15/16 he’s not hit 30 in the league, and only 3 CL goals. I’d still take him at Newcastle mind

Re: Bayern v Barca
It's been 2014 since they won it last, they got done in by Roma, PSG and Liverpool in that time as well. It isn't the end times for Barca, but they have for the longest time put off a rebuilding period and decided to keep with the veterans, same happening with Real Madrid. It's going to be interesting what happens in Spanish football for the next few yearsBodacious Benny wrote: ↑Sat Aug 15, 2020 6:34 amCould (should) have been 10-4 seen as Barca missed a couple of great chances early on and Perisic and Lewandowski both had really good chances to add more!

Re: Bayern v Barca
They've not made a good signing since 2014. The club is so broken and Messi is the only reason they've even competed on each front this year. Maybe ter Stegen too.Bodacious Benny wrote: ↑Sat Aug 15, 2020 6:34 amCould (should) have been 10-4 seen as Barca missed a couple of great chances early on and Perisic and Lewandowski both had really good chances to add more!
