I recorded it so could fast forward the red flags
Bonkers stuff but good entertainment- so much better with old school type circuits with gravel traps etc rather than massive run off zones like in the Middle East money circuits.

Another howler from the Mecedes pit wall.
Hamilton should have known but did ask and got confirmation about where he could try a practice start.
Once again though Sochi has provided a dull race because its such a s*** track.

Some good racing between at times further down the field but nothing at all at the front end.
Bottas giving his critics a “f*** off”, think he has to beat Hamilton wheel to wheel a few times at least before he can claim to have answered his critics. If Hamilton didn’t get the penalty today then chances are he wins the race comfortably. Bottas is no better than someone like Danny Ric, in fact I say Ric Is a far better racer than Bottas and given the same car would comfortably outperform him. Leclerc and Verstappen would both absolutely destroy him as well.

Re: The F1 Thread
Honda are dropping out of F1 at the end of 2021 so Red Bull teams have to find a new engine supplier which on the face of it will have to be Renault as Merc and Ferrari won't supply them.
How did that Red Bull/Renault relationship break up go?

Thank god it's cleared up, think they had a contingency in place anyway though. Looking forward to it, hopefully it will be an unpredictable Quali and Race.

Bottas pulled it out of his arse Q3, Leclerc impressive as well, should be fun tomorrow! Hopefully Verstappen can push the Mercs and the midfield battle is always interesting.

Re: The F1 Thread
Magnussen was a slight surprise for me given he's scored more points for Haas in the about 2/3rds the races of Grosjean.
Both salaried drivers though so I suppose a cost saving exercise and start with a clean slate and a highly funded rookie.

Re: The F1 Thread
Surprised at Kmag. Rumors that Russell may lose his seat at Williams, praying he gets somewhere else if so.
