If they keep Latifi and ditch Russel we might as well just give up on F1 altogether!

Sadly I think they'll keep Latifi instead of George

Some tasty moves/defence today by Kimi and Perez.

Not the most exciting for enjoyable. Feel for Norris, had an unlucky few races, well done Sainz, Gasly and LeClerc. Perez and Kimi some great racing, love watching them. Russell had a decent race as well, getting some good pace, if he goes then wow everything wrong with the sport.

Next one I'll manage to catch is Turkey <urgh>

Gasly was a man on a mission.

Perez being ditched over Stroll shows everything that is wrong with F1, Russell being ditched over Latifi too.

Its mad. Why would you want Seb and Stroll? Seb may find his form and Stroll is only young but ditching Perez?! If Williams were to ditch Russell I'd be going all out for him as RP, Merc powered car no brainer imo but no daddy owns the team, and no money stops talent by a large margin.

Gasly is showing what he can do when backed. Albon has been poor but if and when he gets another drive I'd expect him to make a similar "comeback" to Gasly.

Surely Russell wouldn't have any issues finding a seat elsewhere?

Gasly is so good, big fan of his.

If we were choosing best drivers on the grid he would but that's not the case. He will be back in F1, at some point if he's binned by Williams and can't get a seat elsewhere but it would be such a shame.

Russell will struggle to find another team because he can only bring sponsorship money to Merc powered cars, and nobody wants to invest and train a driver for Mercedes for free.

Great to hear the drivers praising the recent tracks and hopefully F1 takes note.

Possibly one of the most embarrassing things you can do in F1, going off behind the safety car <laugh>

After he was mugged of at Mugello and now this I think the gods are against him <laugh> Defo a much more competitive car though, fingers crossed for him in a couple of weeks. (but don't count on it because I'm off for all of it)

I've berated him numerous times in the past but congrats to Stroll for getting P1 in Turkey.

What a qualifying marathon that was!
