BBC sport have it as a 5-4-1 with Wilson on the left... he isn’t that much of an idiot is he?
They just guess. Sky had it as 3-5-2 with Hayden in the back three.
Could work.. might be better than a 4-4-2. Manquillo/Lewis as wing-backs & Miggy in a ''free role'' behind Carroll / Wilson.

Darlow
Hayden Lascelles Schar
Manquillo Shelvey Hendrick Lewis
Miggy
Wilson Carroll

It's 4-4 f***ing - 2. The gloves are off, it's all he really believes in. Full backs will push forward still and Grealish and Traore will have a field day.

Almiron has the worst shot I’ve ever seen from a forward. Just has eff all power when shooting.

Two strikers. No players who can cross. Total football.

Apparently Villa have won all 8 games when they've scored first whilst we haven't won any of the 10 where we've conceded first. <neg>

They didn't check the offside because Schar played the ball.....But he played the ball because of the threat of the striker....Mental rule that.

Yep. Was poor for the first Arsenal goal last week too. I'd personally get Dubravka in next game. Darlow's been very good, he's clearly an exceptional shot stopper but I think Dubravka is a different level to him

hes basically risking another injury to asm playing him wen not fit in order to save his career. hes shockin
I'm hardly a fan of Bruce, but not sure where you are getting that from? To start it's factually inaccurate as ASM isn't playing, at least not from the start. He's on the bench, and almost certainly won't come off it. It's being used as a PR thing to say he's back in the squad as he's an important player. That'd be my interpretation, anyway.
