Yeah, will be really interesting to see how they tackle this.

I imagine they will go with the Destroy ending as the default, although it will be interesting to see how they tackle the loss of major elements of the story like EDI and the Geth, as it's implied that Destroy kills all synthetics. Wouldn't be surprised if they retcon the whole 'all synthetics die' outcome and find a workaround, choosing to focus more on reconnecting the galaxy after the destruction of the mass relays. Confirming the indoctrination theory could be one simple solution

or just don't have player choice at the end. Keep the endings but Shepard decides based on your choices in the trilogy up to date. Then it doesn't undermine the whole saga's choices.
