If we struggled against Blackburn there was going to be doubt regardless of who we drew. The only thing left to play for would have been a trip to Wembley for a semi final for our away support.

Guess you can never say never but the feeling is the season is now a complete write off.

Should we win the FA Cup this May,
It will mean we've played all ties away,
Only one team has done this before,
And saved Fergie from the exit door,
It will happen again, one day,
Hopefully this year on the 25th of May.

So it seems we just have to get out there, f*** about a bit, have a go and see how that goes vs Man City.

Pretty sure Howe will be more convincing.

Didn't Bruce say something similar when Willock starting his goal scoring run of form his loan season?

6th Round draw in full:-

Wolves v Coventry City
Manchester United v Liverpool
Chelsea v Leicester City
Manchester City v Newcastle United

Ties will be played over the weekend of Saturday March 16th, meaning that a new date will be needed for our scheduled Premier League trip to Crystal Palace.

It remains to be seen whether any ties are scheduled for Thursday 14th or Friday 15th, but the international break that follows means Monday 18th isn't an option.

KDB 'injured' so not in the Belgium squad for the upcoming internationals, which presumably means that he won't be available for selection against us. Not that it makes much difference <laugh>
